We are seeking a highly skilled Damage Prevention Analyst to join our team at Colonial Pipeline Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and compliance in our Aerial Patrol and One Call programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the contract aerial patrol program, including budgeting, cost tracking, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Work with our centralized One-Call Center to monitor processes, identify improvements, and manage data.
- Collect and analyze aerial imagery, applying change detection technology to identify potential damage to our pipelines.
- Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting support to internal stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses of one-call ticket data, AORs, and aerial imagery to identify potential damage to our pipelines.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited education institution.
- 3+ years of experience in damage prevention or field operations.
- Knowledge of pipeline systems, equipment, and operations.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
