Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute incoming correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including claims packages and patient communications.
  • Engage with healthcare providers to verify patient and insurance information.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and direct calls to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Process requests for Financial Assistance and communicate outcomes to patients.
  • Address questions from various departments, patients, and provider offices.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external providers to rectify discrepancies.
  • Support all facets of departmental operations.
  • Coordinate tasks with team members to ensure timely workflow.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in evaluating departmental reports and outcomes against established objectives.
  • Propose innovative strategies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Contribute as a member of the Front-End Team, ensuring project completion.
  • Take initiative on special projects and follow through with detailed action plans.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with claims denials, adjustments, and Third-Party Operations.
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Capable of analyzing and summarizing findings effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.

This role involves collaboration with various departments, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring efficient claims processing. The position is crucial for maintaining timely resolution of inquiries.
