Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Prelude Fertility as a Nurse Specialist - Fertility and Women's Health. This is a full-time, day position with a weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical back-office flow of patients, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with the medical team.
  • Room patients and assist physicians with exams and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care.
  • Triage phone calls and voice messages, providing timely and effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Perform intrauterine insemination procedures, adhering to established nursing protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide patient education and counseling, addressing their concerns and needs in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Florida nursing license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in women's health or infertility nursing is highly desirable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
