We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rochester Manor in Rochester, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $49.00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification required
