We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Rochester Manor in Rochester, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
