Carpenter Foreman Lead

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to oversee and manage carpentry-related work on our projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of construction experience, with 3-5 years of experience as a leadman/foreman. Current Union Member preferred.

The Carpenter Foreman will be responsible for managing and supervising the planning, layout, material storage, maintenance, and inspections of carpentry-related work. This includes coordinating jobsite logistics, performing hands-on tasks as needed, and maintaining relationships with other trades and the main project team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction software, including Plan-grid, Hammertech, and Rhumbix. They will also be proficient in using an iPad and have OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage carpentry-related work on projects
• Manage and supervise planning, layout, material storage, maintenance, and inspections
• Coordinate jobsite logistics
• Perform hands-on tasks as needed
• Maintain relationships with other trades and the main project team

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of construction experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a leadman/foreman
• Current Union Member preferred
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification

• Proficient in using an iPad

Working Conditions:

• Work occurs primarily in an on-site environment and may be indoors or outdoors
• May involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust, and fumes
