Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team at General Dynamics. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating technical, regulatory, or manufacturing training curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct classroom and practical training to support manufacturing and repair stations in the build, maintenance, and repair of Gulfstream aircraft.
  • Ensure all necessary training materials meet training objectives while maintaining established departmental, company, and training provider standards.
  • Identify, research, and verify technical accuracy of information required for training course development.
  • Interface with other members of the department to ensure comprehensive and timely responses to training issues.
  • Update training records accordingly to company and training provider standards.
Requirements
  • Must demonstrate excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively deliver course material.
  • Must exhibit good organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and team building skills.
  • Skilled user of MS Office products.
  • Ability to conduct training for all shifts and facilities.
  • Ability to maintain control in a classroom environment and diffuse difficult situations when necessary.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position with up to 25% travel required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
