Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction initiatives, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing projects across diverse markets such as Semiconductor, Data Centers, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of project execution, ensuring successful delivery;
  • Manage project operations, including labor productivity, scope, scheduling, client engagement, and financial oversight;
  • Prepare and present monthly financial updates and forecasts;
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols in collaboration with the Safety Director;
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and services with the purchasing team;
  • Ensure accurate processing of project documentation and timely submissions;
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures;
  • Lead and mentor project team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management or plumbing project management;
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience;
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-million dollar projects;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software;
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Capability to perform basic business mathematics;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to navigate construction sites and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
