Job Responsibilities:
The HVAC Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction through well-structured classes, relevant assignments, and effective assessment of student learning. Key responsibilities include:
  • Engaging students with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Quickly adapting to our instructional practices and methodologies.
  • Participating in continuous training and development.
  • Providing mentorship to students at various skill levels.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • S1 or S2 licensing (or B2 AND D2).
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the HVAC industry.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
