The standard working hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm. We offer our HVAC Installation Technicians a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes overtime pay, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, paid holidays, profit-sharing, a company vehicle, a company-issued mobile phone for lead technicians, supportive management, continuous training opportunities, and career advancement potential.
