Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and courteous Cashier/Host to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Cashier/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for greeting them, processing orders, and handling payments accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere invitation to return as they leave.
• Offer assistance to guests who may need help and provide a positive dining experience.
• Process GC On the Go To-Go orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
• Follow local health department laws and perform duty roster to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
