Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, managing food inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Manage food inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Requirements
  • 2-year minimum experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of recipes and menu planning a plus
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including holidays
  • Serve Safe Certified or equivalent a plus, but not required
