Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in children.

Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist will work with children from birth to 3 years old, providing early intervention services to help them develop essential communication skills. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to children in their natural environments
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Document progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • NJ Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children with disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of normal child development and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
