Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Petroleum Equipment Technician to join our team at O'Day Equipment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing fueling equipment for the petroleum industry in the upper Midwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair equipment and software sold by O'Day Equipment or requested by customers.
  • Provide accurate descriptions of work performed for invoicing and inventory control.
  • Develop strong internal and external customer service and communication skills.
  • Participate in continuous learning through vendor training, monthly safety training, and new product updates.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Petroleum experience a plus, but not required.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • High level of self-accountability.
  • Both mechanical and basic electronics skills preferred.

Schedule:

  • Core business: Monday to Friday.
