  • Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial client contact.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous call center experience is required, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Ability to work onsite three days a week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
