Display Builder

We are seeking a skilled Display Builder to join our team at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. As a Display Builder, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays that showcase our products in an attractive and visually appealing way.

• Design and build store product displays that meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste.
• Develop and maintain a calendar of display builds to ensure timely completion and meet sales goals.
• Work with the Department Manager to understand customer needs and preferences and create displays that meet those needs.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures and ensure compliance in all aspects of display building.

• One year of experience in construction, building, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow all safety regulations and policies.
• Experience with woodworking, tile setting, and use of power tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 20 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, or balance for extended periods.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
