Assembly Line Supervisor

As an Assembly Line Manager at X-naut, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our assembly team, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining exceptional product quality. In addition to managing the team, you will also be hands-on, contributing to the building and assembly of products to meet production goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing management and hands-on assembly work.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee daily assembly line operations, guaranteeing production stays on track and meets quality standards.
- Work directly on the assembly line, building products and troubleshooting any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and adjust assembly schedules to meet production deadlines, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Train and guide assembly team members to follow correct procedures and meet quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Ensure that all assembled products meet X-naut's quality standards before they are shipped, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Help manage inventory and coordinate with the team to ensure all necessary parts and materials are on hand for production, minimizing delays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning.
- 2+ years of experience in assembly or production roles, preferably in a hands-on environment, showcasing expertise in manufacturing processes.
- Experience in managing or supervising a small team is preferred, highlighting leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Willingness to be hands-on and work directly on the assembly line when needed, showcasing a willingness to learn and contribute.
