As our telemedicine division expands to serve patients across New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont, we are in search of a skilled Medical Assistant to enhance our team. Full-time roles require availability for three 12-hour shifts weekly, including rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities of a Telemedicine Medical Assistant:

  • Assess patients based on their reasons for virtual consultations
  • Provide evaluations to healthcare providers prior to patient consultations
  • Coordinate patient care and records with other facility locations as needed
  • Educate patients regarding their health concerns, discharge instructions, and other relevant inquiries
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for staff, insurance providers, and employers
  • Maintain patient records for clinical, physician, and billing purposes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN preferred
  • Experience in telemedicine is advantageous
  • Familiarity with patient intake or medical billing is preferred
  • Experience with Experity is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Exhibit sound judgment, initiative, and strong patient interaction skills

Our telemedicine services operate seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Full-time employees are expected to work three 12-hour shifts weekly.
