St. Joseph Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will work closely with clients, community partners, and other staff to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide mental health services to individuals, including assessment, intervention, and treatment planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and other service providers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in case conferencing meetings and other community meetings to advance the mission of St. Joseph Center.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
- Valid California Class C Driver License and valid automobile liability insurance.
- BBS licensure or current registration.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and knowledge of homeless services and resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization.
- A competitive salary of $66,560 per year.
