Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work independently or with a team on installations, modifications, and repairs of tolling equipment at various sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reading toll system schematics and drawings
  • Installing and maintaining equipment
  • Performing continuous maintenance of roadway and data center networks
  • Conducting reactive maintenance
  • Managing inventory
  • Responding to trouble reports
  • Testing and diagnosis of various equipment problems
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in low voltage DC systems
  • Installation and troubleshooting skills
  • Field experience
  • Hardware and electronics knowledge
Work Environment:

The Field Service Engineer must be able to report to the Project Office within 30 minutes to meet our response-repair times of 1 hour. The on-call schedule rotates weekly, and each technician will be on call at least once a month, including holidays. Field Service Technicians spend the majority of their time in the field and may need to perform tasks outside in varying weather conditions.
