Job Summary

The Food Service Worker I is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve hot food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work as an expediter in the kitchen, coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
  • Ensure accurate handling of food products and equipment, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the food service work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Complete daily side work, restocking, and cleaning duties, as well as accurate accounts and spoilage records.
  • Develop strong relationships with diverse populations, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Respectfully handle guest complaints, providing solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy.
  • Report to work on time and in complete uniform, maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a multifaceted schedule, including weekends and holidays.
