Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers, promote a positive and professional demeanor, and greet all customers as they enter the store.
  • Sales and Merchandise Management: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, manage store inventory, and ensure that merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist in the management of store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising store clerks and helper/trainees.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the management of store finances, including cash handling, bank deposits, and sales reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent (minimum requirement).
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in retail sales or a related field, and one year of supervisory experience.
