Position Summary:
The Licensed Electrician Specialist will take on a leadership role, ensuring the efficient installation of electrical systems, providing training, and maintaining quality control. This position may also involve mentoring apprentices and trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, repair, maintain, and test electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
2. Utilize industry-standard hand tools and power tools effectively.
3. Measure, cut, bend, and install wire and electrical cable systems, including conduit and raceway systems.
4. Manage the feeding, pulling, and termination of wire and cable within control centers, distribution boxes, and other electrical components.
5. Troubleshoot electrical systems and control circuits, and construct control panels from schematics.
6. Prepare sketches and diagrams to illustrate wiring and electrical system layouts.
7. Delegate tasks and assist in the training of team members.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures established by Royal Electric Company.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $40.00/hour - $71.50/hour. This is a Private Base Rate position, and it may be eligible for Prevailing Wage/Davis Bacon depending on project assignments. Additional benefits may apply based on project-specific wage determinations.
