Job Summary

We're seeking a Fully Qualified Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you'll install, operate, repair, and maintain electrical equipment in substations, power stations, and customer installations within an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of electrical equipment, including transformers, capacitors, transducers, reclosers, breakers, and control panels.
  • Operate aerial lifts, test, calibrate, and maintain controls, meters, relays, and switches.
  • Troubleshoot wiring circuits, voltage regulators, and other electronic equipment.
  • Work in accordance with all applicable OSHA regulations, distribution construction standards, and established schedules and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Commercial driver's license (CDL) and satisfactory clean driving record (or ability to acquire and/or maintain a CDL within 6 months of hire).
  • Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the Electrician position.
  • Must be able to effectively interact, communicate, and direct the work of other co-workers.
  • Candidates must also possess an E1 or E2 license or have successfully completed the TMP (time merit progression) for electrician.
