We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a RN NICU PT Nights, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the NICU, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data to inform care decisions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (preferred).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred).
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
