NICU RN Night Shift Position

We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Medical Center. This is a full-time night shift position that requires a high level of skill and expertise in caring for critically ill newborns.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and document nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and administer medications as needed
- Teach parents and families about patient conditions, medications, and care needs
- Collaborate with other disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care
- ADN or Diploma in Nursing Program, BSN preferred
- Level 3 or 2E experience required, charge experience preferred
- Current Arizona RN license or compact state license
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS
- NRP for Women's Center
