We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist II to join our team in a multi-departmental rehab float pool setting. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
You will participate in varied rehabilitation activities designed to enhance patient care and programs, demonstrating advanced evaluation and treatment skills. Your ability to work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs is essential.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a minimum of two years of clinical therapist experience meeting Level I responsibilities. A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required, along with a WI state license as a Physical Therapist and American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent.
