Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biotech Data Manager Lead to join our team at Lifelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing data management activities across multiple trials in a fast-paced biotech environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of clinical data managers and work closely with external partners, such as CROs and data vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data management results within project budget guidelines and adhering to all applicable policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Management Activities: Oversee data management activities across multiple trials, including study start-up, data quality review, and database lock.
  • Collaborate with External Partners: Work closely with CROs and data vendors to ensure seamless data transfer and reconciliation.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: Create and implement new or improved processes for data management and data flow.
  • Mentor and Train Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Clinical Data Management Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical data management in the biotech industry.
  • Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM): Possession of CCDM certification is required.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
