Field Recruitment and On-site Assistance:
- Proactively recruit skilled labor beyond office confines.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Conduct site visits as required.
- Supervise labor to ensure adherence to safety standards and high-quality work practices.
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in a recruitment capacity.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Management experience of at least one year is advantageous.
- Skills in Adaptability and Organizational Management are crucial.
