Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our clinical team to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans for children with autism
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Speech-Language Pathology)
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism in an ABA therapy setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
