Production Assembly Specialist

Job Summary:

Cree is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating Assembly and Test Equipment used in the Backend Assembly of Semiconductor components.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain Assembly and Test Equipment to ensure high-quality production.
  • Perform Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Sealing, Laser Marking, RF-Testing, Packaging, and Tape & Reel operations.
  • Load and unload equipment, and perform microscope inspections.
  • Enter data into database systems and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Assembly operations preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with team members.
  • Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required.
  • Computer experience and operation necessary.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

The Production Assembly Specialist will work in a Class 10k cleanroom environment and will be assigned to a shift by Cree.
