Job Summary:

Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
  • Two or three years' experience in patient care, preferably in an emergency department setting.
  • BS degree in nursing management or healthcare business-related field preferred.
  • Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
  • CRRN certification preferred.
