Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Routine Maintenance and Inspections: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and prioritize equipment servicing and repair tasks.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Master Diesel Mechanic with a focus on heavy equipment.
- Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits: $35.00 - $45.00 and up, depending on experience. 75% HEALTH/DENTAL/VISION, 4% 401k MATCH, profit sharing bonuses, 3 weeks PTO after 60 days.
