Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing administrative assistance and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire orientation, benefit orientation, and HRIS data entry.
- Prepare onboarding materials and help facilitate new hire orientation.
- Provide customer service to employees by answering questions regarding policies and procedures and assisting in confidential personal matters.
- Run reports from HRIS system for Senior HR Generalist, HR Director, and other members of leadership, as requested.
- Work with HR Specialist in planning and hosting employee engagement, appreciation, and wellness events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures with demonstrated successful application.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
