Job Title: Project Manager - Justice+Civic Sector

DLR Group is an integrated design firm with a mission to elevate the human experience through design. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Justice+Civic practice in Texas. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex public sector projects, develop project work plans, and coordinate all project efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects on budget and schedule while delivering design excellence
  • Provide hands-on supervision to architectural, engineering, and design staff during all phases of the project
  • Partner with vendors and consultants as needed for small, medium, and large complex projects
  • Lead interviews in front of clients to win work
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience successfully leading large-scale public sector Architecture projects
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills to participate in interviews and client presentations
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support projects regionally or nationally
  • Technical experience in leading construction administration efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Planifi and/or Deltek Vantagepoint experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading and working on Public Sector, Institutional, Civic, Public Safety, Courthouse, and/or Justice projects
  • Proficiency in the use of REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, and other design software
  • LEED Accreditation
