About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Magnolia Regional Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in departmental quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN recommended
- Mississippi Board of Nursing or Compact State Licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Preferred but not required: National Certification as required by specific nursing unit
