Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Magnolia Regional Health Center. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Mississippi Board of Nursing or Compact State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Preferred but not required: National Certification as required by specific nursing units.
Work Environment:
- Able to sit, stand, talk, hear alarms, use hands and fingers to feel and touch, push, pull, crouch or crawl, stoop, kneel, reach with hands and arms, taste or smell.
- May be required to exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.
