Caring Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our clinical operations team. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for the overall daily operation of the pharmacy, including operational and clinical services.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing clinical oversight and interaction with medical staff
  2. Purchasing, preparation, and distribution of drugs
  3. Appropriate and timely submission and reconciliation of drug claims
  4. Ensuring strict compliance with all standardized professional policies and procedures
  5. Maintaining strict control over distribution and usage of government-controlled products
  6. Ensuring inventory control of pharmacy stock to minimize expired medications
  7. Participating in continuing quality improvement activities

Requirements include:

  1. Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  2. 1-3 years' experience
  3. Massachusetts License
  4. Training or equivalent experience in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)

Working conditions include:

  1. Ability to work long and arduous hours
  2. Ability to use a computer workstation and operate a keyboard
