Position Summary:
OnePointe Solutions LLC is in search of an experienced Engineering Manager to guide our engineering division in creating innovative products and processes. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet standards of efficiency, quality, and safety. - Work collaboratively with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure the smooth integration of engineering processes into manufacturing operations.
- Formulate and execute engineering strategies aimed at optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise the design, development, and testing of new products, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Assess current manufacturing processes and identify areas for innovation, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to facilitate the procurement of materials, components, and services.
- Provide technical expertise and support to address complex engineering challenges encountered during manufacturing operations.
- Implement best practices for risk management, safety protocols, and quality assurance to minimize potential hazards and ensure product reliability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging practices in manufacturing engineering to foster innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams towards shared objectives, cultivating a positive work atmosphere.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry-specific technologies.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in engineering management within a manufacturing context, ideally in laboratory casework.
- Ability to sit or walk for extended periods.
- Work environment includes outdoor production shop and some office tasks.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
