As a Veterinary Receptionist with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to pet owners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling client transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00-$18.00/hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability, paid time off, educational assistance, and more.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently while also collaborating with other team members. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and showing empathy towards clients and their pets.

  • We are looking for a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus, but not required.
  • You should be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
