About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Reno. As a Bilingual Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing exceptional care and support in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care
  • Assist with ambulation and transfers, including the use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts
  • Prepare and serve meals, including feeding assistance as needed
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Remind clients to take medication
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Supervise clients to ensure their safety
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a background check, including fingerprints
