- Oversee all loan service functions, including collections, underwriting, real estate loans, direct lending, loan processing, documentation, and decision-making for consumer and real estate loans.
- Establish and maintain effective communication, coaching, oversight, and training for all assigned team members.
- Investigate and resolve member disputes and complaints.
- Assist the Chief Lending Officer with internal and external audit preparations.
- Bachelor's degree in business or currently pursuing a business-related degree.
- A minimum of five years of banking experience; lending experience is preferred.
- Eligibility for a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
- Experience in underwriting is preferred.
- Two years of management experience is preferred.
- Credit Union experience is advantageous.
- Full-Time Status (40 hours), Exempt
- Starting Salary: $65 - $75K, based on experience
