Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general supervision of the center area training program, ensuring that all personnel are competent to perform their assigned duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all personnel are competent to perform their assigned duties.
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide feedback to employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that training needs are met and that employees are equipped to perform their duties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
