Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various facilities in the US to provide on-site training for PeriOp Manager software applications and services.

  • Manage verbal and written communication with clients, including documentation of work activities and processes.
Requirements
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and prior EMR/EHR implementation experience in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent listening skills and clear and concise presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, TEAMS).
  • Aptitude for understanding technical processes and the ability to learn new software as needed.
  • Hands-on clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with O.R. Nurses, Schedulers.
  • Fluent in the terminology used in the technical specialty that the product has been designed to support.
  • Ability to analyze, comprehend, and apply information/data.
  • Professional training in a medical discipline.
  • Prior VA experience.
Physical Demands
  • Standing: 25% per day.
  • Sitting: 60% per day.
  • Walking: 10% per day.
  • Stooping: 5% per day.
  • Lifting: 5-10 lbs. daily x 2 (normal workday), 50 lbs. unassisted when traveling with luggage.
