As a Logistics Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely and efficiently unloading shipments, verifying product accuracy, and organizing items for storage.
  • Picking and packing orders utilizing various methods including label picking and scanning technology.
  • Achieving personal productivity and accuracy benchmarks as defined by our Labor Management metrics.
  • Operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner.
  • Utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools to maintain accurate inventory levels and proper placement of goods.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
  • Collaborating with team members during shift transitions.
  • Engaging with delivery personnel and the receiving team as necessary.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification to operate material handling equipment (MHE) is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
