Logistics Specialist III - Warehouse Ops

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist III - Warehouse Ops to join our team at WorldLink US. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, materials, and information from point of origin to point of consumption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting of key performance indicators to ensure efficient logistics operations
  • Drive results and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Employ effective time management and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Independently follow and execute work assignments with minimal supervision
  • Interact with all levels of management, including executives, to ensure seamless communication
  • Perform work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive job stress, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, and language barriers
  • Travel 100% time for warehouse site inspections and reviews

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse environment is required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • High proficiency in MS products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is required
  • Experience with logistics/warehouse processes

While performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
