**Position Overview**

The role of **Financial Analyst** is situated within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets division. This position involves managing numerous daily and month-end financial activities, particularly focusing on fixed asset accounting. Responsibilities encompass various accounting functions such as journal entries, reconciliations, process enhancements, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop within a dynamic environment while exhibiting independent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Execute daily accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger maintenance.

+ Conduct month-end closing procedures, which include fixed asset additions, account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and maintaining supporting documentation.

+ Ensure comprehensive, documented reconciliations for all assigned general ledger accounts.

+ Address account inquiries and variances during month-end financial reviews.

+ Oversee all aspects of Fixed Assets and Construction in Process, maintaining the fixed asset database, including additions, disposals, and reporting, as well as performing physical asset verifications.

+ Monitor daily bank transactions, accurately posting all incoming and outgoing entries.
