  • Strategic Technical Direction: Partner with upper management to outline and implement the product technology strategy, offering expert insights on design and engineering methodologies.
  • 3D/2D Design Proficiency: Leverage your skills in 3D modeling and 2D drafting to produce precise design documentation, ensuring both accuracy and manufacturability.
  • Component Selection: Independently oversee the identification and acquisition of system components and operational parts, ensuring that all selections meet quality and performance standards.
  • Technical Guidance: Lead the technical advancement of the product system, mentoring and training junior team members while enhancing the technical expertise of the team.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to thoroughly comprehend their requirements, establishing effective communication channels to guarantee project success and client satisfaction.
  • Complex Problem Resolution: Direct the resolution of intricate technical issues during both the design and production phases, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet specifications.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  2. Professional Experience: 5-10 years of experience in backhoe loader engineering or a closely related area, with a demonstrated history of successful product development.
  3. Technical Expertise: Proficient in 3D design software and experienced in 2D drafting, with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical design principles.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with both internal teams and external clients.
