We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the acute care setting.
Responsibilities- Provide and document physical therapy treatments and tests for all patient populations served.
- Work under the general supervision of the manager of rehabilitation to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by hospital policies and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in physical therapy assistant from an accredited college.
- Minimum experience of student affiliation in acute care preferred, resulting in fulfillment of entry-level competency standards as defined by APTA or experience as a PTA in acute care.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
