Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of client needs and goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform agreement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of agreements.
  • Provide expert guidance on deal structure, pricing, and negotiation tactics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, sales management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating complex agreements and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $184,500 - $246,000 per year, based on factors such as function, level, candidate expertise, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual bonuses and other benefits.
